Minerosol Group, C.A. — a wholly-owned Venezuelan subsidiary of Denarius Holding Group Inc. — has executed a Contrato de Participación para la Producción de Hidrocarburos (CPPH) with Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) covering eleven fields of the Petrokariña portfolio in Anzoátegui State, eastern Venezuela. The Group's economic interest in the field development programme is held through DHG's 100% ownership of Minerosol, in accordance with OFAC General License 52A.
